Let the show begin

I'm not one to complain, but this week has been so out of control that I need to list everything and get it out of my mind. Let's start with last saturday... Last Saturday I came home to find out my fiance was having chest pain and couldn't breathe so he went to the ER (nbd it was a good choice) I had to find this out from my coworker (we r medical scribes in the ER) that he was there. He was admitted and spent 3 days in the hospital In those 3 days I was stick working so I didn't get to spend much time with him, the time we did spend we did nothing but fight because my depression and anxiety are out of control and I could not stop crying (that depressed him more) I finally pulled myself together to talk to the doctor who proceeded to tell me my fiance was not his patient and couldn't do anything for him or give me information because he did not know.. So I tried again on a different doctors, one told me he was going to do more tests, one told me they don't know the answer and he can come home. He finally came home, the next morning he was taking me to work when the transmission in my car decided to no longer work.. It sprayed the transmission fluid all over and refused to move. The car is currently sitting where it stopped. I walked the rest of the way to work that day... Yesterday I was supposed to get a new car (I've been paying it off slowly) but the owner wasn't available to transfer the car til next Tuesday (hopefully) so I've been borrowing my fiance's mothers car Last night my fiance has chest pain again, couldn't breathe, was dizzy, vomiting and passed out. He was transported to a different hospital. I was stuck at work. After work (10pm) I walked to my broken car, broke into it (I stupidly locked it) and spent the night there.. For those who don't know, I live in northeastern PA. Yes there is no snow yet but it is still cold! I got barely any sleep, have to work today and tomorrow, and tonight have to do the same thing all over again.. I have no idea what is going on with my fiance, I have no idea if I will have a way to get to work, and I have no idea if I will be able to keep my job... Oh! And on top of all that. I feel dizzy, cold but sweating and my body hurts.. Everything is falling apart around me..
