genuinely how do you "ACCIDENTALLY" create this many parallels and evidence for almost ten years that a ship is gonna be canon just to do that shit in the end, what happened with the writing in this season

you can't just switch off years of unhealthy behaviors, negative thought patterns, and counterproductive emotions. but u can recognize them and be like 'i'm not engaging. this isn't the end of the world. i'm box breathing. i'm not giving those thoughts attention; i'm acknowledging them and letting them go. i'm going to take a break when i can.' don't be hard on yourself if it doesn't work or you do something that feels like you've set yourself back. that doesn't help, either, lol

I just want to remind you that sometimes your life really doesn't begin until you are 26+... Romanticizing and obsessing over our youth is harmful. Growing up is beautiful. Discovering who you are and how you interact with the world is a gift. Maturing and learning what you truly want out of life and living in that purpose brings fulfillment and peace. Your life is not over in your early 20's because you haven't figured it out yet, it's just beginning.

i promise you that you will be happier if you let yourself read slowly and paint badly and write pretentiously. watch a movie without picking up your phone even once. warm your hands on a coffee mug full of your favorite warm drink. find shapes in the clouds like a child. get a book about plants and walk around your neighborhood identifying the trees and the bushes. learn to cook something that is just obnoxiously self-indulgent. play solitaire with a physical deck of cards. just live in the world for a while. please.
