True Shit 101: Just finished watching the latest Kingdom Hearts 2.8 trailer and it was dope as fuuuuuuuuck! The Graphics were on point and the music was beautiful! I'm definitely gonna add that "Simple as Clean" techno version to my music playlist. I'm BEYOND HYPED for this game, guys! 😆😆😆 But that release date tho 😒😟😞😭...........
Today is Akira Toriyama's 61st birthday. For those of you who don't know, he's the guy who created Dragon Ball way back in 1984. Ever since then, Dragon Ball has continued to entertain and inspire millions of people for decades so on behalf of the entire Dragon Ball community, thank you Toriyama.
True Shit 101: This week was the 14th anniversary of the Kingdom Hearts! I only started playing KH in 2006 and I've been hooked ever since then. I'm not afraid to admit that being a big time Disney fanatic was pretty much the only reason why I wanted to play Kingdom Hearts as a kid in the first damn place but then once I started playing it, I got invested in the actual story and the non Disney characters like sora, Riku, and Roxas. The theme and the tone of the series has a unique way of resonating with both kids and adults. I'm 23 years old and I still love playing the games and adding the soundtracks to my playlist. Hell I even design my own custom made keyblades. No matter how old I get I'll always remain a KH fan even till the day I die! Now hopefully that isn't soon and KH3 finally releases before that happen lol
Last night, I got to watch the most anticipated film of the year in IMAX 3D. This was a movie many comic book fans who grew up watching Super Friends, Batman the animated series, and Superman the animated series been waiting to see in live action. So much was riding on this to succeed if DC hopes to compete with Marvel's cinematic universe. Despite the mix reviews It had already gotten, I still went to the theaters in my BvS Harley Quinn cosplay super excited and after watching it, my thoughts are: it was ok. Yes, you heard me right, i liked it, but didn't love it. Don't get me wrong there was a lot of things I liked about it, but overall it just had a lot things wrong with it that hindered me from truly enjoying. Jesse Esienberg as Lex Luthor, the pacing of the story, and a lot of unnecessary scenes. I felt like the movie spent too much time building up to the upcoming Justice League films and not enough time on the actual story itself. However, with all that said, I still enjoyed it for what it delivered. Ben Affleck totally stole the show as Batman/Bruce Wayne, he was precise and thorough in his fighting. He's definitely the most intimidating Batman ever portrayed on the silver screen. I enjoyed the scenes with Gal Gadot's scenes as Wonder Woman and look forward to seeing her return to the role next year. The fight scenes were freaking awesome and the best one hands down was the fight between Superman and Batman. Overall, I liked the movie but I would be lying if I said I wasn't a tad bit disappointed because I really wanted to love it. So I'm giving it an 7/10, I'll be a more in-depth review of it, once I rewatch it and yes there will be spoilers. Go and check it out yourself, it's worth a watch and you might actually like it more than I did.

True Shit 101: Only an hour left before BVS starts and I'm so ready, the hype is so fucking real right now I can hardly contain myself lol. Despite the mix reception it's gotten from movie critics, I'm still excited for the movie regardless of what they said. Sure I'll take it with consideration but just like with every movie that comes out, it's their opinions, it's our own that matters. It's a matter of opinion, and I'm just gonna have to go see it for myself to judge.
(NO SPOILERS) So far I’m only 5 episodes into Daredevil season 2, and so far episode 3 is my favorite! Unlike with the first 2 episodes where Daredevil and the Punisher’s conflicts were only physical, for the most part of the episode, it’s a conflict of ideology or belief on which method of justice is best for Hell’s Kitchen. It’s my favorite part of the entire episode and as I look back at the previous episodes of Matt Murdock’s inner struggles with being a vigilante in season 1; I kinda have to agree with Frank Castle when he said that Daredevil’s just one bad day away from being the Punisher. Foggy Nelson meeting Claire Temple and his involvement in the drama at the hospital was pretty cool. Then of course there’s the big fight scene with Daredevil against the seemingly endless number of biker gang members which I believe is the best fight scene so far this season. It’s very reminiscent of the big hallway fight scene in season 1 episode 2, in fact I’m still debating in my head which one is better. Much like with the former, the latter is a continuous shot of multiple guys getting their asses kicked by one dude in which was about 3 or 5 minutes. This time it was done in a hallway down a staircase. Right now I’m trying to decide whether to take my time or just bench watching this season like I did with the last one. Of course, the downer of marathoning it is that I’ll have to wait another whole year for the next season. If you still haven’t checked out the first season, I totally recommend checking it out whenever you can, along with Jessica Jones.
True Shit 101: Yesterday was the 30th anniversary of the Original Dragon Ball anime and today marks the 20th anniversary of the release of the original Pokemon games. It's crazy how It just so happens to be my birthday as well. I remember getting the red and yellow versions 17 years ago for my birthday and how addicted I was to them. Then that addiction led to collecting trading cards and video games on Nintendo 64. Much like Dragon Ball, Pokemon played a big role in my childhood so for that I thank you Nintendo!
Today marks the 30th anniversary since the original Dragon Ball anime series first appeared in television. Since then, we've watch the series protagonist, Goku grow from being a young strong child with a tail to becoming a Super Saiyan God! So many memorable moments whether it was Oolong making the first wish, Master Roshi training Goku & Krillin, Goku fighting the Red Ribbon Army, Cell obtaining his perfect form, Gohan becoming ssj2, or even the once cold hearted Saiyan Prince Vegeta making a noble sacrifice for the sake of his loved ones and including his arch rival. Fast forward from 1986 to 2016 and the franchise is still going strong with a new anime adaptation called Super. Thank you, Dragon Ball for a playing a huge part of many peoples' childhood and continuing to influence others even in their adult years.
True Shit 101: What's the biz, Tumblr? Did ya miss me puddin, I know i did. Needed to take a break from the internet for a couple of days, but I'm back, bitches! And I got me a new keyblade with a 'smashing' personality lol. See what I did there, cus it's a mallet and it - ah forget it.... Anyways the point is I'm back, stronger and even crazier than before, yahtzee!

TS Top 15: Female Anime Characters Honorable Mention-
Haruhi Fujioka (Ouran High School Host Club)
If you are not familiar with the Ouran Koukou Host Club series, then I guess an explanation is in order. Haruhi is a normal teenage girl with lovely brown hair, who decides to enroll in an incredibly high-class school. There, she accidentally breaks a super-expensive vase belonging to the school's famous host club. To pay off her debt, she is forced to join the club as one of its "handsome" members. What other character in anime could look so good as both a boy and a girl?
TS Top 15: Female Anime Characters Honorable Mention-
Taiga Aisaka
Taiga appears to be an immature (mentally and physically) tsundere. Her violent antics have earned her the nickname "Palmtop Tiger", referring to her size as well as her temper. However, despite her sarcastic, cynical and brutal personality, she is actually a kind and loyal person, most especially towards the people she trusts. Even a tiger can be tamed.
TS Top 15: Female Anime Characters Honorable Mention-
Shana (Shakugan no Shana)
She usually masquerades as a black haired high school student, but her true form is a fierce, red-headed, sword-swinging Flame Haze! Her hair suits her personality as she is sassy and opinionated. Like all tsundere, however, she has a sweet side (or sweet tooth-she loves melon bread)!
TS Top 15: Female Anime Characters Honorable Mention-
Akame (Akame Ga Kill)
She is a trained assassin. Ever since her youth days, she was part of a special program that trains children to be cold blooded killers. Devoid of emotions and being able to kill without remorse, she represents the archetype of the assassin. Yet however, she cares dearly for her companions whom she calls her friends as well as being willing to sacrifice herself should the need arises. Akame is usually dressed in black. Her hair colour is black as well. Visually, it represents her dark temperament, being able to strike swiftly from the shadows and then blend right back in. Powerful as she is smart, she is known to take calculated risks before attempting a mission and don't usually act on impulse - typical of a long, black haired character.
TS Top 15: Female Anime Characters Honorable Mention-
Momo Adachi
She has dark skin and light hair mistakingly giving others the impression that she is a "beach bunny", lover of the Ganguro style, or sexually promiscuous. On the contrary, Momo is a shy and insecure girl, though she has a fierce temper.

TS Top 15: Female Anime Characters Honorable Mention-
Yoruichi Shihouin (Bleach)
She's calm, reliable, classy, easy-going, mysterious, clever, and a little playful... I was instantly a fan of Yoruichi when she was first introduced as a cat... Back then, I mistook her for a guy, haha... Yoruichi is a very unique character in a lot of ways... For starters, she broke typical gender stereotypes found in a lot of female anime characters; she's fairly androgynous... Another example of this is that despite being very attractive, we mostly see her in cat form, an...d when she isn't a cat, she usually isn't dressed in "skimpy" clothing... I also want to point out that even her sexuality is ambiguous... Another reason that Yoruichi is unique is because of her fighting style... All of the other Shinigami Captains use zanpakuto... Yoruichi, however, chooses to rely on hand-to-hand combat... Initially that may seem like a handicap of sorts, but even without a zanpakuto, Yoruichi manages to be one of the strongest characters in the Bleach series... There are other things I like about her like how she's humble even though she was born into a noble family and was held in high regard by her peers, and how she was willing to sacrifice her high status to help a friend in need... I also like how she refuses to intervene in battles until it is absolutely necessary, and when she does decide to jump in, you know that the day is saved! Honestly the only reason she didn’t make it on the list was because it came down between her and Saber for the 15th spot. In the end, I chose Saber as I felt she was more of a well written and just overall bad ass character than her Shinigami counterpart. Despite this choice, Yoruichi will always be my #1 Bleach girl! TS DBZ Figure/Statue Collection 36: "What are you so afraid of Cell? Isn't this what you wanted? I warned you! I told you what would happen if you pushed me too far! But you didn't listen! You forced me to awaken my hidden power! And now that you've seen it, you're afraid...because you know that I'm going to destroy you!" Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you my very first Dragon Ball statue of 2016: the SSJ2 Teen Gohan resin statue! Which makes this the 3rd resin I've collected so far. Hands down the best version of Gohan. This is quite the gem for any hardcore Gohan fan as it captures the iconic moment when the inner beast of Gohan had finally been awoken after witnessing Cell's cruel methods of releasing the boy's full power by pissing him off. It worked but Let's just say that Cell would eventually regret it as he got his shit wrecked by a child. I've gone through a lot to get this particular statue, and I'm just happy to finally own it. As badass as the statue looks, it was a huge pain in the ass to get all the pieces of lightning effects together. Unfortunately, I won't be collecting any more figures/statues this month but ill probably will next month but until then, STAY BEAST!
