But when it comes to racist stereotypes, things are a little more complicated. Why? Because the way racist stereotypes emerged is due to propaganda: colonizers colonized peoples and told everyone that they were violent and dangerous, and people believed it because they didn’t even know the whole story.

They colonized territories and peoples and spread lies about them. As I said, my best friend is Roma; his people were killed and left to starve, which forced them to steal in order to survive; that’s how the stereotypes about them arose—that they steal and are thieves—without people realizing that the reason they stole was because everything had been taken from them.

For context, I’m a theistic satanist which means I believe in Lucifer, Satan, Lilith and in Baphomet. I also believe that they are worthy of being worshipped like how Christians worship God and how Muslims worship Allah.

I told my best friend about it and I’m very thankful and happy he accepts me (I love you pookie if you’re reading this!) and to another friend which… didn’t really understood. Which is fine! There is a lot of misinformation about Satanism and I am open to help someone to understand it.

I firstly started off with atheistic satanism which in my opinion is easier to explain and then I tried to explain theistic satanism to them. Even if I tried to explain as simple as possible, they still didn’t understood and I told them: “You can also look it up on YouTube and google since that’s what I used the most to understand the religion. I don’t recommend TikTok since there are a lot of lies.”

I don’t think they did NONE of that. When I say NONE, I mean NONE! How am I convinced? Simple, because today me and my bestie was walking them home, I was talking to that friend about a bit more satanism since I wanted her to understand more. I told her this: “I’m a theistic satanist, which means I see Lilith, Lucifer, Satan and Baphomet worthy of being worshipped like in other religions and I actually worship Lucifer!”

I’d say I was happy to explain cuz again it’s my religion— it’s what I believe it and I’m happy to tell more people about it. And that friend laughed at me and said: “Oh, you’re so kinky!” What. What the fuck.

I might be slow but how, how is me being a satanist kinky? Oh, is it because I have a crush on Lucifer from the TV show? I’m not worshipping the damn character from the show or Tom Ellies, I’m worshiping the actual being. I got so angry, I explain to her but in a harsher tone because— imagen you being called kinky while trying to explain your damn religion.

Then they were like: “Woah! Okay I’m sorry! I’m stupid okay?” I can tell by the fact you keep on oversharing, trusting people so easily and the fact you’re just now in the 5th grade while you’re 13… My best friend heard me yelling at them and looks confused and later when I told him what was wrong he got weirded out and also mad at them like… what the fuck. 🫩
