You can call me Delly or Fina, I'm cool with any nicknames.
I am not a native English speaker.
I have a special interest in Peter from the USM 2012 cartoon (I'm not opposed to USM comics, though; I just haven't read the 2024 version).
I mostly post commissioned artworks from other artists in my country, personal thoughts, or some silly ideas that I come up with, lol.
I like any ships involving with him (as long as he's the bottom one). I also like platonic relationships too.
You are welcome to ask me questions on the box, I will try my best.
Note:
This is my personal blog devoted to only USM-related and Peter-centric content, so I won't welcome anyone who tries to start an argument about which SPM version is better. You should spend your time writing fanfics or making art about your preferred SPM version only; I don't waste time arguing with you.
I also like FMAB/FMA03, but I don't welcome anyone who dislikes FMA03. I do think it's a great series; each one of them has its own storytelling strengths, so please, do not bring up any "which FMA version is better?" to my wall, thank you. Mostly posting about platonic relationships with Peter (my crossover au series, you guys can check out the tag #bbtea's fma x usm crossover ideas dumping series
You don't like what I post? Just block me, an easy solution.
Rants a lot, just a warning, probably opinions that you won't like.
Like I said above, I specifically adored USM Peter and only want him to have the best things ever (headcanons, pretty things for him, or any special abilities he has), so I'm really picky about any USM content I consume on any fanfiction sites, fanarts, edits, etc.
Side notes:
My utmost motto when choosing USM fanfiction is: "my fav char is here", "my fav char is a bottom", and most importantly: "my fav char is not another version of Peter from any SPM fandoms replaced USM Peter in the freaking USM fandom". It's not that I hate other versions of Peter; I respect other people's dedication to working on their worldbuilding, their character settings, and many wonderful ideas to explore Peter's character depth and his relationships with other characters in a different lens; it's just my personal preference, though.
About platonic relationships, I'm pretty chill. I enjoy their interpretation of other characters, too.
"nâng như nâng trứng, hứng như hứng hoa" (a Vietnamese idiom for pampering someone), and yes, I adored him, I care for him, I only want him to have his happiness and peace. I can read angst fics too, if it has hurt/comfort (or not-)

I have spent three (3) hours of my life researching spiders to write this, so here it is:
Peter Parker and his Spider-Adaptions after the bite!
DISCLAIMER---
I, Signal “RAD1OS1GNAL” Rajio, am in no way a scientist. Most of this is google searches (-ai, obviously), random articles on google, and when there's gaps in the ‘science’, I make stuff up. A relative of mine who’s an exterminator told me this made sense though, so there’s that! Have fun reading yall!
The OSCORP Spider
The Spider was a hybrid of the Brazilian Wandering Spider, Brown Recluse, and Black Widow. OSCORP genetically modified this already-genetically-messy spider, which made it highly intelligent. While most of this spider’s abilities were modified, its chemoreceptors stayed largely the same as any other spider in the arachnid order Araneae.
The only reason Peter didn’t die was the genetically modified part of the spider and Peter’s own DNA had similarities because of a modification in Peter's DNA that was given to him in the womb, presumably by Peter’s biological father who worked for OSCORP.
WEBS
Peter’s organic webs are a hybrid of the three spiders’, but the genetically modified unknown type of spider is highly intelligent and depending on the intentions that the spider (or Peter) spins the webs which creates different versions of the webbing. Peter often channels the intention of the webs dissolving quickly after use, which makes the webs dissolve within thirty minutes.
The Black Widow would give the webs exceptional tensile strength and elasticity. Black Widow Silk is pound-for-pound stronger than high-grade steel, which would make the webs extremely strong.
The Brown Recluse would give the webs intense stickiness. Brown recluse webs are layered with microscopic nanotendrils that act like packaging tape, which allow it to bond strongly to surfaces and entangle prey.
The Brazilian Wandering Spider would make the silk capable of heavy-duty binding. The BWS uses dense, robust silk tailored for subduing large prey. It’s less reliant on webs and uses silk for structural retreats and protection.
The brown recluse doesn’t use its web to hunt, but rather actively hunts at night. The BWS is an active hunter with no web.. however, The Black Widow creates a web that they use to catch insects inside. This is what Peter’s webs take after the most.
Anatomical diagram depicting Peter's silk glands. Disregard “STINGER”, does not apply to this version of Peter Parker.
BEHAVIOR (Of the OSCORP Spider. See: OTHER ADAPTATIONS for Peter’s.)
Luckily, Peter doesn’t take after the OSCORP Spider’s behavior; but from what Dr. Banner has researched about the three spider species and the genetic composition of Peter’s spider-DNA string, the OSCORP Spider would’ve been highly unpredictable and easily agitated.
The Spider would’ve been a nomadic hunter and loved dark spaces. It would’ve been nocturnal as well.
Its chemoreceptors are fine-tuned to quickly track the fresh scent trails of active prey, as well as aiding in navigating dark, confined spaces.
The chemoreceptors can also detect pheromones easily.
VENOM
The Black Widow provided the OSCORP Spider with intense, powerful neurotoxin that would've forced the nerves of the bitten to constantly fire by uncontrollably flooding synapses with neurotransmitters, resulting in severe abdominal rigidity, sweating, nausea, and muscle cramps.
The Brown Recluse provided the OSCORP Spider with a potent enzyme that would break down cell membranes and blood vessels, triggering blood clotting, severe local inflammation, and evolving skin necrosis.
The BWS provided the OSCORP Spider with a complex blend of neurotoxic peptides that would delay the inactivation of sodium channels, which would react with the black widow’s ability to force nerves to fire by intensifying it almost ten-fold. It would lead to extreme systemic pain, dangerously high blood pressure, and shock.
In the OSCORP Spider’s case, this blend of venom would’ve caused immediate neurological overload such as paralyzing cramping and autonomic nervous system storms. Rapid necrosis, and a massive spike in blood pressure in heart rate would also occur.
In Peter’s case, his body nerfed the venom as much as the genetic modifier in Peter’s DNA could, which creates a much more diluted version of the toxin. Venom was extracted from Peter’s retractable fangs (that reside behind his canines) and tested in a computer program to see how his venom would react.
The simulated (and accurate) effects on a person of the male sex that was five-feet and seven inches tall, one-hundred-and-thirty-two pound weight was minor necrosis, complete bodily paralyzation lasting for an hour after a five-minute fight/flight/freeze response, nausea, racing heartbeat, sweating, brain fog and inability to think straight, progressive muscle weakness (muscle control will return after paralyzation wears off), shallow breathing, blurred vision, and numbness.
The simulated (and accurate) effects on a person of the female sex that was five-feet and three inches tall, one-hundred-and-twenty-three pound weight was of equal reaction, as well as a person of non-specific sex that was five-feet and five inches tall and weighing one-hundred-and-thirty-seven pounds.
These weights and heights were based on global averages.
OTHER ADAPTATIONS
Peter has additional adaptations, such as:
Retractable fangs that reside behind his sharper-than-average canines
An uncanny ability to stick to any surface
Distance chemoreceptors in the form of dermal gland pores on his hands. In response to this adaptation, Peter has had to wear gloves. After meeting Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, they have invented a type of glove that is seamless to the human eye and blocks the chemoreceptors in daily life. This is retractable via Peter’s StarkWatch. The Spider-Man suit lacks these.
‘Spider Sense’; A tingling sensation in the back of Peter’s skull that warns him of incoming dangers. Intensity depends on how dangerous the incoming event is.
Heightened senses. All of Peter’s senses are heightened slightly more than a non-mutated human, but when the ‘Spider Sense’ is active, all senses go into overdrive, allowing him to dodge attacks, hear from city blocks away (his brain instinctively filters out unnecessary input such as car horns), etc.
Peter’s senses when the ‘Spider Sense’ is not active is much more dulled down. He can hear one-hundred and twenty feet away if actively attempting to do so.
He chitters and purrs.
He can communicate with spiders via vibrations and chittering.
I might add more to this, but for now...
That's all, Folks! In case I don't see ya again, good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight! Hope yall enjoyed!
and if I said that the consistent erasure of may parker in fandom by irondad and peter in gotham fics, peter's literal mother figure since the conception of spider-man as a character in amazing fantasy #15 to instead change peter to be so-and-so's secret biological son is another form of fandom misogyny and bioessentialism, what then?
the misogyny i see and have judged before. but the bioessentialism is a new one, tho i know i don't quite see how far-reaching the bioessentialism umbrella reaches. is it that her not being peter's bio mother makes her less important (to these ppl; just assume im trying to emulate others if i say a gross rhetoric here)? I can really see that with the peter parker is stark's bio-child trope. or is it that women are EXPECTED to be parents, so it's not remarkable when they are that. Unlike w men such as Tony Stark or Bruce Wayne?
the bioessentialism comes mostly from ignoring peter's roots as an orphan and instead emphasizing blood ties. he loses his biological parents at a young age, and then adopted and raised by may and ben who are for all intents and purposes, people he sees as his parents (and they in turn see peter as their son). after ben's death, aunt may is essentially a single mother (who, note, is not related by blood to peter). and we all know how fandom loves to ignore single mothers in favour of single fathers.
of course, irondad is something exclusive to the mcu, with no comic basis. don't get me wrong, i think mcu tony stark is a fascinating character. but a very large percentage of the irondad fandom ignores may in favour of tony, and will very often write peter being parented by tony x pepper, or tony x steve, or tony x dr strange, with him referring to them as his parents, and calling them mom/dad (superfamily/supremefamily or whatever). like. peter very occasionally calls may "mom," you think he'd call bruce or tony "dad"? hell nah
there are a very large number of abusive may fics, fics where may kicks peter after coming out so he can get comforted by tony stark, or plainly just fridging her so he can be adopted by tony x whoever.
why is it such a popular trope that tony, a man who blackmailed peter into joining his fight in civil war, is somehow a better parental figure than the woman who has quite literally been there since day 1, the first person that peter actually fought for?
now as much as I hate these tropes, the problem is how popular the secret biological child bullshit is in 2026, where tony is peter's bio father all along, or in the case of the peter in gotham fandom, dick or jason being peter's bio father.
now I wouldn't mind or care if it was a few people doing it, but it's a very very popular trope. it removes may's (and ben's) impact on who peter is as a character. "dick grayson is secretly richard parker" what are we doing here guys. these fans in particular take mary and richard and scrawl fanon all over them until they're unrecognizable as being from the spider-man mythos.
it's explicitly stated in canon by may, that peter losing his parents at a young age, despite him not remembering them well, was subconsciously the start of him internalizing his guilt over not being able to save people.
these bioessentialist tropes purposefully ignore may's importance as an adoptive mother and instead pass it off to bloodlines being the most important thing, and once the secret relationship is known, they can "take better care" of peter than she ever did.
*also note: to people who defend themselves and say "but multiverse means everything is canon!" i ask "have you ever actually read spider-verse comics and do you know how the multiverse works?"
I feel this way about a lot of USM fan content sometimes because people act like the show not having any romance between main characters is something to be rectified instead of something great about it.

There should be a plot where a powerful being/person/mutant/supervillain is messing with Peter's spider sense, triggering a specific but horrible event inside his mind that makes Peter slowly succumb to despair and fear for days. He doesn't know when, where, or how it will occur. A scene of Danny's body lying limp on the floor, Harry becoming Venom and trying to kill his father again, etc. It's just a big mismatch of repeated, twisted traumatic scenes that make Peter desperately want to intervene, want to stop it from happening.
Every time he went to patrol to stop crimes, these scenarios occurred in his mind again, interfering with other dangers coming his way, leading to his occuring injuries.
But the thing is, Peter can't tell his team about his issues because of fear that they may dismiss his concern as his inner worrywart self. But eventually the team has to interrogate Peter about his rookie mistakes that he shouldn't make, and Peter gives in. The team took his problem seriously. Fury finally knows about his case and contacts other power sorcerers or superhumans with precognition abilities. However, their only response was: "I don't see any [events/scenarios/situations] that happened; everyone is still alive and healthy; that spider kid must be under stress from going through many insane events"
No one believes that these scenarios Peter describes would happen, which makes Peter more confused and worried. Knowing his Parker luck, who knows if these scenarios will happen anytime, but should he trust his friends who confirmed that there's nothing to worry about?
Peter eventually asks Doctor Strange to solve his problem, and Doc Strange found out there's someone who interferes with his spider sense, making Peter unable to connect with the present.
Eventually, with the help of Doctor Strange, Danny, and his team, they track down the criminal and arrest them. But that event leaves evidence of trauma on Peter's mind, as it occurs inside his brain so many times that it becomes a habit, a small imprint. His spider sense sometimes buzzed, but nothing happened; sometimes not buzzed, but Peter still got hit by a villain.
Peter has to adjust and learn how to deal with it gradually, over time.
My favorite part of Spidery Peter is the behaviors. With physical traits, it’s often just slapping a spidery thing onto Peter, or slapping Spinneretes in his wrists, but the behaviors feel more like a mishmash of spider and human.
He webs up his ‘prey’ but often as a way to incapacitate them, rather than using venom to do so. He also webs up the inanimate objects as well
He usually builds web hammocks (perfect combination of human and spider) or he sleeps in the regular more like a human would by laying himself down
While he tracks prey, he is more aware of the inanimate obstacles
His need to talk gets in the way of a completely silent ambush
He kind of gorges on food like a spider, but only a little, before he stops himself even though he really could finish a buffet and not even be sick afterwards, because humans aren’t supposed to eat that much at once
Ya know this was honestly more interesting than I expected to be, I love that they used Jessica out of all characters to be the 1 to become Spider-Man in this world especially since Jessica did have a huge crush on him back in the day and even went to the same school together, Jessica's origin/backstory as Spider girl and why she quit was so cool and intresting to see and I really love how they tried to emulate the old 60s style during some of the flashback scenes, overall this was a pretty good elseworld story, definitely 1 of the better "What if's" I've read ^^

need to see more of peter's pet spider btw it is so Cute. I think I've said it before but I love the way you render :]
THANK YOU!! I haven't doodled much of his pet tho. It was just a "throwaway" idea haha. I did make the lil guy out of pip cleaners tho 😋
I h/c that Peter used to be scared of spiders till the bite. Spiders never bite him now because they recognise that they are both one in the same hehehe.
Its a different story for big bugs tho. Guys... He is a queens boy afterall. City folk...
Just putting this here because... i had never seen a jumping spider this cute in real life before. He was on my laundry and i scooped him to lay him on the ground... sooo cuteee 🥺
