This is a guide for catching the short/fast screen, some high speed class are hard to take a screenshot such as TERA Ninja’s skill animation. Use PS to import video into layers and select the layers I want.

So, you need 

any kind of software to record a video (I use oCam)

Photoshop

My language is Chinese so I wrote some key in the following pic.

Prepare a video

Import the video to layers.

It’ll take a while to load if your video is long

If it stop running = your computer is crying ( ´•̥ו̥` )

Max is 500 layers

Eating when loading

Finish loading!

Open the timeline

Find out the screen you want and save it in a pic

Instructions:

Go to link

Download the *.bmp image as ‘Splash.bmp’ and 'EdSplash.bmp’ (2 copies)

Go to /Tera/Client/S1Game/Splash

Replace the existing files (or rename) with the newly downloaded images

As some of you may be aware there is a 7-day Castanica Demons Smart Box on TERA. However, the grammar on the Smart Box makes it appear to be a regular permanent Smart Box. People are exploiting this by selling the 7-day Smart Boxes from 50-250k which is just disgusting.

Increased Conflate gear base modifiers

Increased chance to masterwork and enchant tier 9 and lower gear

Changed the following rerollable lines on weapons to be favourable (yellow)

DPS weapon: Increases damage by x to the target with the highest aggro toward you

Tank weapon: Increase crit power by x

Added healing rerollable lines to the following jewelry

Time jewelry, Ship/Captain jewelry, Gate/Vain jewelry, Rakelith jewelry obtainable from dungeons

Maze jewelry, and Coldblood jewelry craftable from battlegrounds

Decreased healing options to the following jewelry

Jewelry lower than lvl 65

Healing jewelry from before Ship/Captain jewelry
