ok so this is another long shot but a few years ago there was a twitter post (in japanese i think?) that had measurememts for how to make this book stand thing out of cardboard that you could use to double up books and use up more space on shelves

back then i made a bunch of these but by now i lost the pic and dont know how to find the original post anymore

if it comes down to it i can just take one apart and get the measurements from there but i would be very grateful if anyone happens to have the original post or something similar??

don't mind how long it's been since i made this post, anyway i realized that i don't even need to take one apart to get the measurements when i can literally just unfold it and refold it /FACEPALM

so anyway here is the diagram for anyone else who is interested!!

this requires pretty big carboard pieces, if you have a really big box or something you can make it from one piece, but if you don't, you can also just make each of the pieces individually and then tape them together

and then in the end you put it together like this!!

and then when you make a bunch you can put them all next to each other and stack your books like crazy

My crochet evolution for the past 2 weeks: star edition.

1. Misread the pattern, and did stuff wrong so it looks like a flower.

2. Again, I didn't follow the pattern well, the result was another flower.

3. Finally understood the pattern but tried a much different yarn just to get used to it, so it doesn't look that great (but it's a great stimming toy, lol).

4. FINALLY!

After giving my opinion on the Jax situation, within A DAY I had to unable replies. I'm copy pasting what I said on there:

"I am unabeling replies because I tried to be nice about it, yet some of you chose to attack me personally, calling me fuckin stupid, saying I don't read or accusing me of saying some people don't deserve to be saved.

I wanted to have a conversation about a good written character, and you chose defending someone who doesn't exist by attacking someone real that is struggling. Check your priorities, or maybe don't but don't be so unkind."

Someone even DMd me to double down when I told them they were putting words in my mouth.

This is why Goose doesn't want to have anything to do with the fandom again. We try to have a polite discussion and people attack us personally. And for me it was just a day, a very awful day because I am really really unwell, it's the anniversary of something traumatic. The show gave me some sense of hope and I wanted to share what I enjoy, and I enjoy deep conversations and analysis. I hate the need some have to put us down for not agreeing.
