Senator Santorum, thank you for being here. I’m Virginia Eleasor, a retired schoolteacher, lifelong political activist, and lifelong resident of South Carolina. I’ll ask you the same question I asked Senator Cruz. I’ll preface it by saying—Michele Bachman, I think it was king said that Boehner made a deal.

My question’s on defending this country. Thank you for what you do for national security. I’m concerned with sealing these borders and protecting United States. I’ve fought that battle all my life. And I’m losing, and it’s because I’m not getting help from my Congress.

And anyway, Michele Bachmann and King, in an interview on one station said that Boehner made a deal with Obama back in September to be on board with his executive amnesty. The American people put Republicans back in office in the House and the Senate and the two things we asked y’all to do was shut down Obama’s executive amnesty and shut down Obamacare. And you didn’t. You let us down on both issues.

Why is the Congress rolling over and lettin’ this Communist dictator destroy my country? Y’all know what he is and I know what he is. I want him out of the White House. He’s not a citizen. He could’ve been removed a long time ago. Larry Cleveland’s the one who got the judge to say that the executive amnesty is illegal. Everything he does is illegal. He’s trying to destroy the United States. The Congress knows this. What kind of games is the Congress of the United States playing with the citizens of the United States?

Y’all need to work for us, not for the lobbyists that pay your salaries.

Get on board. Well let’s stop all this and get save America.

Obama tried to blow up a nuke in Charleston a few months ago and the three Admirals and Generals. He has totally destroyed our military. He has fired all the Generals and all the Admirals who said they wouldn’t fire on the American people if they ask ’em to do so if he wanted to take the guns away from ’em. Rick Perry appeared on Fox’s America’s Newsroom on Wednesday, where he discussed how being the former governor of Texas gave him an edge in strategic perceptions over 2016 rival Donald Trump. Perry derided Trump’s proposal on Tuesday to build a wall across the Mexican border, saying that while it makes for good television, “Americans are not looking for rhetoric.”

Perry told Bill Hemmer that he would “let [Trump] run on that, I will run on actual experience.” “They’re not looking for rhetoric,” Perry said, “they are looking for somebody who has been in the field of battle… whether it is job creation or whether it’s dealing with the border.”

Perry conceded that while strategic fences have their own advantages, he argued that the National Guard’s strategic use of personnel and aerial searches were equally responsible for a 74% decrease in illegal immigration last summer. “The reality is if you want to secure the border, we know how to do it,” Perry said, though he said Trump’s entrance to the race with provide Republican voters with a great deal of choices.

Rick Perry’s speech wasn’t the only part of his presidential announcement that had people talking today.

Many viewers were distracted by the burly male twins standing behind him, flanking him on either side.

Rick Perry Announces He’s Running for President in 2016 At first it appeared that they may have just been lucky members of the crowd who happened to have snagged key podium spots behind the former Texas governor, but Perry eventually introduced him in his speech.

Marcus and Morgan Luttrell are Texan brothers and Navy SEALs. Marcus Luttrell is best known for his book “Lone Survivor,” which was later turned into a movie. It documents a mission in Afghanistan where he was the only one of four SEALs to survive a mission.

Today marked Perry’s second run for president and he chose to join the crowded field with a kick-off speech highlighting his time in the air force (with the selection of venue: an airfield) and his special guests.

Perry met Marcus Luttrell not long after the soldier returned from Afghanistan and offered any help should he need any. Luttrell took him up on the offer and they have built a close personal relationship.

“He is not just a lone survivor to Anita and me, he is a second son,” Perry said in his speech.

Perry’s camp released a video highlighting the former governor’s bond with Luttrell over a month ago, featuring Luttrell speaking at an unspecified event and telling how the Perry family has effectively taken him in. In the video, Luttrell called Perry “my best friend and my father figure… teaching me important values that I’ve learned after the military. I’ll owe you forever on that one I mean that’s why you’re the godfather of my kids, man.”

In addition to the Luttrell brothers, Taya Kyle, the widow of famed “American Sniper” Chris Kyle, was also in attendance. Video Rating: / 5

“I do have news for you before I let you go,” Kelly, who lives in New York City, told the Arkansas Republican. “We are not only swearing. We’re drinking, we’re smoking, we’re having premarital sex with birth control, before we go to work and sometimes boss around a bunch of men.”

Huckabee laughed and responded, “I just don’t want to hear that.”
