This actually happened to me. One of my triggers is the inside the skin shit because of a horrible episode from a nightmare I had once and my classmates kept scratching at their skin and yelling Abt how there was bugs inside them as a joke. They continued when I said to stop because that was a trigger and did it even more often around me
