You asked for a fish tank to fit Tim. Ethically the only ones to fit him would be for ocean animals in zoos or the ocean. He's a fish in need of schooling fish so he needs tank mates. Not too many he's not that social. Probably sand instead of gravel for substrate, a big diet with 3x a day feedings, weekly water changes, live plants, freshwater, and other things

55 G tanks are heavy and expensive but not impossible to find. Petco sells them for like 200$. Now I do think a 300+ G can be difficult to find but probably not impossible
