Lol at that whole situation while she did share the photos with the guy, she still OWNED the photos. That’s the important part. By owning them, there has to be proof that he obtained permission to do anything with them. It goes the same with sharing your photos online. If you share them, they’re still yours and if anyone saves them and uses them without your expressed consent, you can ask for a cease and desist. If they don’t comply, they are effectively stealing and distributing without your consent. There’s a lesson to be learned here though, as you WILL NOT WIN EVERY TIME especially that kind of money: just don’t do it. Unless you don’t care about them being leaked, keep them to yourself and make the dude wait to see you physically to “see you nude”; people have mental health issues that they don’t know about and will go to any lengths to hurt someone that they feel hurt them. It’s sad.
