A developer opens a repository in Cursor on Windows, and if that repository contains a malicious git.exe in the project root, Cursor will execute it automatically. There are no clicks, prompts, approval dialogs, or warnings. Netflix 推出 VMAF v1 https://blog.gslin.org/archives/2026/07/13/13106/netflix-%e6%8e%a8%e5%87%ba-vmaf-v1/ 上個月的文章，Netflix 推出 VMAF v1，本來的 VMAF 變成 VMAF v0：「VMAF v1: Good Is Not Good Enough」。 VMAF v1 有對齊到 VMAF v0 的分數，所以兩個可以拿來交叉參考，不過畢竟已經是不同的演算法了，主要還是參考就好： VMAF v1’s score and interpretation are largely consistent with v0’s. Not sell or offer for sale precise geolocation data concerning a consumer. If a controller violates any provision of this subsection, such controller shall be subject to investigation and enforcement by the Attorney General as described in this chapter. 原來報導的文章有提到維州不是第一個立法禁止 geolocation data 的州，前面已經有馬里蘭州與奧勒岡州： Virginia follows Maryland and Oregon in banning the sale of geolocation data.
