To start with I’d recommend having a browse through Ancient Greek Cults and Understanding Greek Religion by Jennifer Larson (any book you see in there by Jennifer Larson is good), Greek Popular Religion by Martin P. Nilsson, and Theogony and Works and Days by Hesiod. Those are a great beginner books. I personally also recommend Greek Religion by Walter Burkert but it is 1) an older book and a little outdated, and 2) longer and harder to read than the others I’ve suggested.

YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH ALWAYS COMES FIRST AND FOREMOST. anyone who tells you to stop taking your meds to be more 'open' is an idiot and clearly doesnt understand the impact that can have on the body in a negative way.

Of course there are spells and things to do with spirits that can negatively impact ones life or make it better, but it isn't a fix it all to mental illness.
