It’s a funny and amazing thing to be able to sit back and observe your own thoughts, when you practice non attachment to your thoughts and feelings, you then realise that the mind is an absurd and incessant chattering little monkey that never ceases, and it is mostly chattering on about your unfulfilled dreams and desires.
