can somebody explain to me why everybody hates The Gray Man because I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have watched it three times now and it still means just as much to me. i can't find a single explanation for why people don't like it I just see people saying it was terrible :(

listen I love the idea of Simon being interested in botany and crying at being shown seeds and plants on the hail mary or on erid as much as the next person. but have we considered that he can't look at plants anymore because of the horrific memories he has surrounding the eden tree and its seed. have we considered that the sight of even a sapling makes him sick because all he can think about is the people buried in the soil mutating as the tree grows and as Simon himself mutates more. just a thought

the bloodymary community doesn't talk enough about simon explaining how earth just straight up disappeared to grace. can you imagine being sent out to space as a last-ditch attempt to save the entire planet from dying out and then while you're living the best life you can live on an alien planet you find this guy covered in blood and he tells you the planet you saved just vanished and everybody is gone. I think it would break him to pieces

the part of me that thinks grace would forgive and forget about what Stratt did to him (upon making it back to earth) because it was worth saving an entire planet is fighting with the part of me that says he'd still forgive but he wouldn't be able to look at her without remembering what happened and how it felt to have his autonomy stripped away while kicking and fighting and begging them not to do it

for the last month or so since I saw project hail mary on opening night, I've been consumed by it. that being said can we talk about how grace said it's been a long time since he's taken pills from a stranger??? implying he's done it before??? grace what did you get up to in college??? thinking about coltland. thinking about hmm. grace being dragged to a party by colt and being given drugs and colt having to take him back to his place because he's panicking and tripping out of his mind. hmmm. coltland... hmm...

PLEASe. a so'lek x reader fanfic showed up in my feed and I was reading it when my Tumblr crashed and I cannot find it. the premise was reader was exposed to something (some kind of pollen iirc) while searching for some data at an old overgrown RDA post for teylan and it causes this fever where they can only think about so'lek,, I'm genuinely so mad j can't find it I've been looking for hours somebody help 😭😭 I think it was about 8k words and it was fluffy,,
