I’ve literally never draw a background before I’m kind of lost, should I try and finish it or do something with it?

It’s either gonna be a tgcf oc or one of the characters from tgcf

Which I probably know why but still it really fucks me because it’s making me feel even worse than I already feel

A little backstory I have depression and I’m on meds and I do therapy once a week so maybe that recently starting has made me lose even more motivation than I had which I barely had any to begin with, but I am so fucking tired of losing practice after practicing so hard and becoming literally terrible all over again and it’s so damn annoying when you work so hard and you actually like it and then you just suck again and then you lose your motivation and you lose your confidence and you feel even worse about even trying again because you always think it’s gonna turn out like shit and I have a big problem with drawing something that I like and then being so scared that I won’t be able to re-create the art style and I just get so scared…

I mostly draw mha tgcf and death note but I can totally do other anime’s or manga’s and stuff like that or even a oc here an there but mostly just sketches and maybe base colors (🏳️‍🌈 is completely fine to cuz I’m bi and do a lot of 🏳️‍🌈 fanart)

I kinda fell in love with this guys character design as soon as I saw him on the show

I think I tried to draw him, but it turned out more of an OC that’s inspired by him which I kinda don’t hate, I mean it’s a messy sketch with like just base colors so it doesn’t look the best but I kind of like where I was going with it

I think the clothes I made are terrible though
