yesterday I arrived Lagos from Abuja to attend the international Youth Day lectures organized by the Nigerian Youth Parliament in partnership with Center for Values in Leadership. At the Chattered institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN) Lagos state. Great minds and educational minded souls were fully gathered to impact lifes (no registration fee,in a very conducive environment, drinks and chops available,enough opportunities) yet the turn out was not very impressive compared to When Artists are holding events of which are not free but attendance is alway 90%youths. The problem is that Most Nigerian youths expect to reap where you have not sowed. A harvest only comes after planting. You must be deligent in the works of your hands. Don't complain about not being promoted when you haven't earned it. Put in the effort to distinguish yourself. Attend capacity building programs. STAND OUT.
