Once I laughed at a video of a cat who had gotten its head stuck in some kind of fence but eventually managed to get its head out with a little help from their owners and I remembered that I as a child had gotten my head stuck in the exact same situation and I panicked. (Had to remove part of it so I could get unstuck).
