Without the light inside and around us, we would not be. Humanity is entering a great shift of consciousness. Silence has been with us for quite too long.

All of humanity is digging up past traumas, hardships, and grief in order to let it go and become “reborn.”

This step is all too necessary for growth to take place. When helping others, we tend to bring up our own past experiences.

The solar deity reminds us to keep digging, always aim to grow, and that positive energy is ready to flow through you, but you must be willing to accept it

Ascension indicates that this is the awakening period. Things that hold down or hurt us, serve no good purpose to our lives.

Cleanse your energies 💜

Its more than okay to be upset and angry. But we must also learn to forgive and let go. If we don’t want certain energies in our space, then create a space without those people and things. Something I have recently learned to embrace is that blood does not make family.

Our real family (or tribe,) are the people who grow with us. The ones that make us laugh so hard that our stomachs and backs hurt. The people who give us hugs so warm and nurturing that we never want to let go of them. We can share these energies with people from our bloodline, without a doubt. But if you don’t feel this way about your bloodline, that is 100000% okay. You are not obligated to love anyone.

We can have compassion for every single human being, but there are two side to that coin.

When we are confronted with harmful or negative people/things, we must have compassion for them. We don’t know their story. We have no clue where they have been. Someone once told me that people who hurt others, have been deeply hurt or traumatized in their life. There is so much truth to that statement. Maybe no one has EVER shown that soul love or acceptance. Being denied of love and friendship for years can make someone truly believe that they don’t matter. Through compassion, we can show them that this is not true, and there will always be love for them in our universe. However, if we give someone love and acceptance but then they choose to ignore or abuse it, we must walk away. We must accept that we may not be the person who “changes” their life. And even when we walk away from them, remember that compassion is what allows to make this decision for ourselves as well as them.

On the positive side of this “compassion coin,” we end up helping ourselves when we think we are only helping others. Compassion and love can bring us a clarity that we never knew existed. Letting someone vent to you about their life, relationship, hardship (etc.) can bring up our past experiences. Hearing another side of the “same story,” can show us a different path that may suit our journey. Sometimes we feel helpless, and our reaction of instinct may not help us physically or mentally. But most of the time, this is because we keep going at the problem with the same reaction while expecting a different outcome. You cannot make a discovery if you don’t experiment.

This is a ritual I do quite often.

We must not blow fire out for because it starts, it must run its course. The fire with palo santo tends to show us where balance lies in our lives.

When the flame stays on top and does not spread on either side, this means that we have balance. We have an understanding of what is, and what we are. We have compassion and understanding, even with those who differ from us in minor or major ways.

When the fire spreads on the left side, this means that we have too much anxiety and fear built up. We act in ways that had never crossed our minds before and we are trying to solve all problems, knowing full well that we cannot make people see through our eyes. They must choose to. There is too much weight on the side of spirit.

When the fire spreads to the right side, this rells us that we are being much too agressive and dominant in our everyday lives. Even if we don’t see it, the ones around us do. And this entity grows until you are at risk or if not already, consumed by it. This is where we have too much weight with ego.

Right now our world is trying to force change. No matter whether you are on the free side or the oppresive side, force keeps a divide. There is no unity when one is physically or mentally forced to make a decision. Everyone has a right to their own opinion on the world no matter what it is. It’s when we choose to shame or harm someone over these opinions, that we become consumed by unwanted entities.

I apologize for not being active as of late, the energy has been heavy in America. It’s hard not to get angry from these events and actions. Our brothers and sisters are quite literally being ripped apart and having their energy taken from them in this realm. It’s enough to make anyone sad, mad, furious or even traumatized. When I look at what is happening, I feel anger. But I also see and understand the balance of spirit and ego.

When our ego is in full force we act upon instinct. We scream, break, acknowledge, and then we become assertive in forceful ways. Ego is VERY necessary to the spirit. It’s what gives us the ability and confidence to protect ourselves when faced with danger or unjust behavior. But when ego takes full force, we tend to forget about the spirit side of the scale.

Our spirit is what gives us the ability to show compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, and light. Spirit quite literally connects us to one another as well as the divine Mother and divine Father. Taking time to let spirit heal as well as letting the ego speak is an incerdibly important part of our existence as humans.

The problem I have always seen with the American Government is that there is no balance between the two. There is too much ego given to “protecters of the law.” We have let this system believe that they can have this amount of power against us, and the system has taken advantage of this. When you put too much of your energy into someone or something else, it’s almost as if you are giving that entity a remote control for you mind and body. But we must remember that the remote control for our soul, will ALWAYS be with us. Your soul is your own, and no one else can control this.

So when we see these horrible things happen to our fellow humans, we must stand up for them. As they have been kept in such a small bubble for a long time. But while standing up for them and mankind, we must always connect with spirit and let our souls heal from all the anger and sadness we are feeling
