The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, declared that the country will go into a nationwide lockdown from March 26 (Singapore time).

Six Singaporean youths took the last flight back from New Zealand before the lockdown commenced.

Out of appreciation for the SIA crew, they performed a Maori song, known as the waiata, aboard the plane.

The six students are from the New Zealand School of Dance in Wellington, studying full-time classical ballet or contemporary dance, according to Stuff.

They said they were thankful for the “amazing cabin crew”, who were willing to take just the six of them back to Singapore over 10 hours on this “rescue flight”.

These are my least favorite situations to find people in. You have to remove yourself from isolation. The two things I would encourage you to do would be: 

1. Take that hard walk to the woman’s shelter. He needs to see that you are something he can lose with his abhorrent behavior. 

2. IMMEDIATELY start connecting/reconnecting with other humans in your life. Find a job. Find a cheap car. Mend bridges with your family if that’s possible. Start ringing and reconnecting with old friends, or make new ones, but GET OUT OF ISOLATION. 

There is no more dangerous/sad place to be than completely dependent on a partner who recognizes your dependency, and uses the situation to do whatever the fuck he wants and become abusive. I am feeling you over here, and wish you the best of luck.
