Easy crepes:
- 4 eggs - 1 1/3 cup milk - 2 tbsp melted butter - 1 cup flour - pinch of salt - strawberries - whipped cream - chocolate sauce
1. Mix together milk, eggs, butter and salt.
2. Mix in flour medium bits at a time until moist. Donât over mix.
3. Spray down medium pan with PAM or oil or whatever. Preheat pan on the stove on low.
4. Pour a ladle of batter into the middle and swirl it around.
5. Promptly burn the crap out of the first attempt, as is tradition. Adjust heat level accordingly.
6. Try again. You want the middle to just stop looking wet.
7. Serve immediately. Stuff with strawberries and cream then top with chocolate sauce.
