This luxurious apartment complex features seven apartments of varying sizes, making it the perfect home for all kinds of residents. The building also offers plenty of amenities, including a private garage, a pool area, a lush park, a two-story gym, a spa and a shared laundry room. On the top floor, a new tenant has just moved in. He's determined to become the biggest musician in town and with his beloved guitar collection by his side he's ready to chase the spotlight and make his dreams come true. Have fun! ♡

Pick or randomize a feature and roll for it! You then must give your sim that feature, and try to harmonize their face to it. You can pick how many features you want, the more features you randomize, the more unique your sim get!

Little updates!

• The unemployed life was not doing it for Nico, so he’s started doing some research on the requirements to become a fully licensed romance consultant (very ironic bc his love life thus far has been a mess)

• He’s also discovered having a roommate isn’t so bad.. or maybe it’s just this specific roommate..? They’ve even started cooking dinner together lol

• He’s integrated himself nicely into Dani’s friend group, as well
