I’m 34 and have been for almost a whole month. 🫡 I made this specific tumblr when I was 23. 😭 I don’t quite understand the passage of time. It makes no sense to me. It’s too fast but also extremely slow and it’s mostly painful.

My friend lost 2 dogs in the past few weeks. They were old dudes and she got one after we graduated high school in 08. The other was her then boyfriend now fiancé’s dog. I met his dog the same day I met him. Now they’re gone. Forever puppies in my head.

My neighbor lost his wife who also happens to be my grandma and my great aunt’s best friend. We can’t tell my grandma that she died because my grandma has dementia and it would just make her worse.

Idk man I didn’t intend for this to be a bummer post. I just feel really lost these days. Like I’m not doing this life thing right. I’m bored. I love living alone but it’s also boring. I don’t share my space with anyone. I have no kids no pets. No responsibilities except my job and paying bills. I just feel like I could disappear tomorrow and only 2 people besides my immediate family would notice.

Anyway, happy birthday to me and happy birthday to my grandma in 47 mins.
