Yums! Super tasty simple dinner to keep me going for the night. The dip is creamy and sweet and savory and salty! Recipe is: 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon dulse flakes 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 teaspoon raw tahini 1 garlic clove 1/4 cup dried dill 1 celery stalk 2 pitted medjool dates And water (approx 1/4 cup??) Aloha family 💜 I am catering for a 3-day retreat this weekend in Estes Park and we have 5 spots left! This is going to be an incredible weekend. Nova and I are excited. 2 other women are facilitating. We have holotropic breathwork ceremonies 2 evenings and yoga every morning. There is also hiking in the forests from the backyard of the luxurious home. (Pictured here). We have visioning, grounding and goal setting practices and there is also a hot tub! I am personally apologizing to the entire LGBTQ community for the inhumane words and actions of the current US President and unfortunately, many other politicians around the globe. I believe in you. My personal thoughts are that in any relationship (I am referring to the one with the government here), when someone mistreats us or hurts us, we must protect ourselves, educate and strengthen so that it does not happen again. If someone continues to abuse us, we need to severe the ties and stop connecting with them - we need to stop playing their game. Please, know that for every confused and unloved politician out there that does not support equal genders and sexuality, there are TWO rainbow hearted conscious humans that are on your side. Plus, Mother Earth is ALWAYS on your side. She loves every single one of her babies REGARDLESS of their sexual orientation -- she loves unconditionally! So basically, the entire EARTH is on your side ((our side)). Don't stop believing. Keep praying and keep acting in your truth. I just went out to a public event for the first time in about two months. I have been hermitting and in silence and deep into the wilderness and into the wild recently. Today, I got to go to an African dance class with all women dancing and men drumming. It was an absolutely gorgeous energetic co-creation of prayers and healing. Holy wow I am so grateful to this community in Crestone and to Satya and Brian! I love you all. Thank you 💞🌈💞💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🦋
