I would love to request a headcanon list for how fear toxin is made! :)

I meant to answer this a long time ago, so I am sorry about that--but I have headcanons! (and some canon)
Fear Toxin effects the amygdala the most
It can be made with mold spores, certain roaches, mushrooms and a list of chemicals only found in the black market
Fear Toxin takes three days to make in it's liquid form, five days in solids that are uniform and only one day for gaseous.
All you need is a kitchen and some simple lab equipment that you can find on amazon. Also a gas mask.
While making it, there is a high chance of contamination and an even higher chance it will seep into the air (hence gas mask)
One time, Scarecrow challenged himself to use a kids chemistry kit to make it. He was able to figure it out with some modifications.
No one but Crane himself knows the exact formula or varying formulas. Not even batman. (He can get close through the bat computer, but only enough to counter the effect for five minutes and each strain is different)
