CM Punk

So I’m almost positive I’ve hit every emotion on the scale today and about 95% of me wants to hide under a ton of blankets and go to bed but there’s 2% reminding myself that I know why the build up always comes with the fall and making sense of every second of my day. Where is the blissful ignorance? Then there’s that last 3% that’s wringing out every bit of energy it can to fill my head with a bunch of things I know aren’t true but I can’t help but feel shitty about. So even as I tell myself that in a better mindset I wouldn’t be thinking it, there’s still that whisper of doubt questioning if I really know that or if it’s my obsessive need to be in control and make sense of my vulnerability so it’s easier to deny it. Then it circles back to the anger that if I didn’t shrink myself I’d probably be asleep by now. More doubt as the clock reminds me it’s only 12:30 and I’m forced to realize I’m not tired but mentally torn to shreds... I need off of the nauseating carnival ride that is this mindfuck.
