I AM (WORK ON CONSTRUCTION)

I'm 25 so yeah Im not a teen I'm a young adult woman but when I was a teen when I was younger my family went trough a lot and I ended up being the mom of my brother a sister and I never had the time to go on a date like someone flirt with someone... and yeah my experience in love is zero, I have make out with people but never with someone that I truly care I dont know how to do that. I met a guy at work and I fell hard for him but my self esteem never let me see it as a potential something so it was platonic and I was ok with that, I know how to handle crushes that would never upgrade.. He was my friend and I care a lot about him and I felt like he did too, I moved to another office and on my farewell party when we were saying goodbye he kissed me and told me that I meant more to him that I could imagine, I froze there, he was so cute and tender, he kissed my forehead and then kissed me for real and I felt something so weird it was a happiness that I never felt on the past I wanted for that moment to stop, we didnt say anything for me I just wanted to capture that moment and for him well, I dont know, he then send me a text telling me "te quiero mucho" you know the spanish word that is between like and love, he then told me that he felt something awsome with our kiss ... and yeah I was on a cloud but now I feel miserable, its been 2 weeks he never text he doesnt even send IM on our work Lync, I have been weak and texted him 2 times he answered but our conversations feel shorter emptier ... on the IM at work he just replies once and then nothing, we used to chat all the time and Im going crazy because I just have him on my mind 24/7 I need to move on I know and it was only a kiss but I just cant.... How people handle this? ... I dont know how and I miss my friend
