I started wetting the bed agin at 15/16 years old what then lead to day wetting at 19 onwards back in 2022 I was diagnosed with incontinence and I’m now 28 and still wet the bed and have daily accidents every day.

Come with me to get ready for work and put my first nappy of the day on.

Good morning all last night was a heavy one I’ve just woken up to a full nappy with a little wet bed.

Safe to say I think I’ve maxed out this nappy

2026 new year same morning wet nappies 😫

I suppose there’s one good thing when you have to wear nappies you dont need to leave a match while playing on the Xbox 🤪

Nah I’m definitely dry and not soaked 🙉
