When recommending resources for witchcraft, I usually recommend books because authors often put together the best organized methods to start out. Or to increase your knowledge. But purchasing books can be expensive and sometimes we want resources that won’t cost us anything. This list is only meant to get you started. It will lead you to other resources as you build your path.

Violet Long-Distance Healing Spell

By spring, violets are usually in bloom. This flower appears delicate but is actually fairly hardy, which makes it perfect for healing magic, especially when you have a friend or family far away. You can do this anytime, or when the need is greatest

Materials:

Blue paper and a pen

Violets with stems

A white vase filled with water

🌸Write the name of the person who is ill 9 times, then wrap the paper snugly around the stems of the flowers. As you do, say:

Healing and love from far away

I send you this magical blessing

Healing and love to your body, your mind, your soul

Healing and love from me to you across the miles

🌸Slide the paper and the flowers into the vase, and place it in a sunny window. Don’t forget to replenish the water as it evaporates

Healing ritual

This ritual is a simple ritual to help promote healing, and was chose to be performed on Tuesday, March 24 at 7 pm for the reason that 1. It is a New Moon, so new beginnings. 2. Tuesday is a day of the archangel Raphael who is the angel of healing. And 3 because 7 pm is a good time to do healing magic.

What you will need for this is a candle, of your choosing, in either Blue (for healing) Green (for Raphael) or White,( which is the universal substitute for any color.)

Do whatever you feel is needed to prep yourself and your place of magical workings.

At 7pm light your candle and with focus on healing, say:

               Divine beings, Spirits, Angels, and all healing forces, as well as the human spirit itself,

I call to you, the collective, to heal the physical, the mental, the spiritual and the emotional, and all in between.

Drive out this pandemic, and heal all.

So mote it be, with harm to none, this will be done.

At this point you can say a silent prayer to any angels, or deities, or other entities you wish. Feel free to change the wording as you see fit as well. Le your candle burn until you feel it needs to go out, or allow it to burn itself out. (Remember, birthday candles are great for those types of spells where a candle needs to burn itself out, because they burn out rather quickly)

Two people I care about very much were in a very bad car accident, the healing process is very slow and painful and expensive… This is a spell to help for a speedy, healthy recovery after an accident or illness, to keep them safe and healthy for the future, and to promote peace to help them get passed this horrible event emotionally. 

Tools:  - Altar dish or bowl  - Pink candle for love and care  - Pink Salt for cleansing, healing, love and care  - Queen of Pentacles to channel maternal care, love, support, compassion, nurturing, security, practicality  Herbs:  - Bay Leaf: healing, protection - Chamomile: Peace, love, healing  - Cilantro: health, love, peace, protection - Cloves: banishing negative forces  - Cramp Bark: healing, female energy (maternal energy for care and nurturing) - Lemon Balm: healing, peace - Lavender: relief from pain, discomfort, and anxiety  - Rosemary: protection, feeling youthful  - Sage: long life, peace  Crystals:  - Amethyst: healing, soothing, peace  - Citrine: happiness, positivity  - Rose Quartz: love, care  - Black Tourmaline: protection 

How To: 

Step 1: 

Place the dish in the center of the altar, fill the base with pink salt to start with a cleansed base and to promote healing, love, and care. Make a small round space in the center and use melted wax to stick the pink candle in the space. 

Like so: 

Step 2: 

Place the herbs around the candle, over the salt. Focus on your intent as you spread the herbs in a circle around the candle. Once that’s done, place the crystals over the herbs. Then place the Queen of Pentacles tarot card under the dish/bowl as a way of charging the spell.
