Assignment brief : Create motion typographic poster on the assigned. Highlight the counters, special anatomical features, and also any specific glyph that you like in that typeface.

Everyone in our class was assigned with a different typeface on which we had to do research and make a presentation to get to know about it properly and then we had to create a motion poster.

My assigned typeface was Sabon. A typeface created in 1967 by Jan Tschichold.

As doing my research and reading about this font I found out the difference between this font letter 'a' style is different in roman and italic form, so then I decided to highlight that feature in my motion poster.

Assignment brief : Choose a clothing tag and first recreate it exactly as it is both front and back and then improve the design by adjusting the placement of the information.

Assignment brief : Based on the word chosen from the expressive typography assignment, we were told to create a double page magazine spread highlighting an image of the word spelled out using objects or shapes or anything in our surroundings.

For this assignment we had to go and find objects that spell out our word. I clicked some pictures around the campus finding hidden alphabets in my surroundings and spelling my word "HIDE".

After this we had to use this image in a double spread magazine along with expressive typography to create a magazine spread.

Assignment brief : In this assignment we were told to come up with 10 random words and then choose 5 words from them to create expressive typography, and then from those 5 words we had to choose only 1 word for which we had to make minimum 3 drafts with body text.

My 10 words were TREE, TEA, FOOD, DOG, ENVIRONMENT, HIDE, TIRED, PHOTOGRAPHY, EXHAUSTED, SLEEP. Out of these 10 words i selected TREE, TEA, SLEEP, DOG and HIDE, and decided to go with HIDE.

In the beginning I did some ideation on paper for the word hide

Then I went ahead with one of the ideations and started exploring it digitally. I then started playing around with alignment, arrangement, negative space and switching around the black and whites, and came up with 6 drafts and finalized these 3 layouts.

Assignment brief : Based on the session conducted in class, we were given a task to create an outcome on the vocabulary of type anatomy.

I explored around the campus and clicked some pictures of different typefaces and type anatomy from my understanding and created a collage.
