Type-Class.org Type Class is for design enthusiasts wanting to learn more about typography, the art and technique of designing and arranging type. TC brings together leading practitioners and participants to study, exchange ideas, and investigate the discipline through public programs, workshops, and exhibitions. Conceived in Miami, TC is the first program of its kind that uses a city as source material to document, preserve, and share it’s identity through examining the diverse and unique typographic language embedded in it’s public and private collections as well as it’s shifting landscape and architectural history. Miami is not known as a hub for design, but it should be.
