with a goofy stance and a cocky smile on his face, ty peered down at the girl. “no i didn’t,” he begins as he plops down on the sofa. “come here.” he brings out a hand and motions towards him. “— i told you it was a party. what were you expecting? – just a few people?” of course, ty didn’t specify it’d be large but he didn’t necessarily trick her, he was just glad he got her to come.  

    “it’s ty dude, let me in.” he calls out from behind the door. this time ty didn’t need to buy a paper. the silence was growing stronger as he stood outside in the cold, he was looking around as if someone was going to pop out — but he was just keeping an eye out. “i gotta ask you something – it’s serious.”

    ty looks over at the redhead with a doubtful expression, shaking his head. they were in deep conversation of who could be a next victim but it seemed like amanda was thinking much more in depth than ty was. “there isn’t some serial killer running around —- what makes you think there’s gonna be another murder anyway?”

    a nod follows her question, of course he knew was ridiculous --- and he loved it. he runs a hand through his hair, looking back down at the girl with a soft smile. it seemed more like simplicity with every word he spoke, cracking her down just like he wanted to. “c’mon, gem. just let loose for once. it wouldn’t kill you. --- you’ll have fun, i promise.” he raises an eyebrow and throws his hands out as if to say ‘please’ --- he waited for a response in hope she’d finally come to and agree.

      ty was leaving his class and oddly enough he saw his old fling hanging out by campus, she was always wondering around so it didn’t surprise him. the tall male makes his way towards the blonde, coming to a close distance -- he stands right in front of her, peering down. “wish i was there to see you and vanessa fight over me like rabid animals. --- did one of you at least take your shirt off?”

    “you’re in the mood to watch --- torture?” he continues holding the movies in his hand, pretending to analyze the back of them. “if that’s what your into.” taking a pause to look over at matthew. “pretty weird,” he says under his breath before tossing the movies back over at the male.

     NATURALLY that’s what ty’s instinct was --- to bring vanessa down & he was succeeding. honestly anyone with a heart and a soul could see what ty did was fucked up. they had a 4 year relationship that was just thrown away because he couldn’t keep it in his pants ---- but of course, ty didn’t see it that way. the fire in her eyes almost burnt a hole in him, the anger radiated off of her but he kept his stance and his cool exterior. ‘ can’t say i lost much. -- have a good night, ness ‘ he fired back watching as she walked away for a long second before turning around, hands in pockets, and proceeding the other way.

    gemma --- such a sweet girl, they normally just spoke to each other when they were with their other friends but ---- never hung out outside of that. ty must have something up his sleeve, who knows what it could be. “yo’ i am so buff i got you covered girl.” he says playfully, trying to get another smile out of her. “party TONIGHT. my place --- be there & bring whoever you want. ---- if you want you can leave early, so your daddy won’t be worried.”

     ‘ get O V E R it, ness. ‘ he raised his voice only slightly, which wasn’t really like him but he was starting to get a little agitated. ty always managed to keep his cool because when he didn’t, things could get ugly quick. he let out a little snicker, gaining his composure back. ‘ you’re right, i cheated ---- but you still dwelling on it is... well -- kinda sad, really. ‘ the tall male shakes his head at vanessa. ‘ persephone was throwing herself all over me, i wasn’t gonna say no. ‘

       ‘ oh that’s  r i g h t -- you think i don’t know. ‘ ty was ultimately the bad person in this scenario but it wouldn’t be like him to throw other shit in her face, just for the fun of it. ‘ we broke up & you fucked asher. --- you were always talking about how much you loved me blah blah blah. obviously not enough to not spread your legs the second we break up but --- hey, who am i to judge. ‘ he rolls his eyes at the girl, walking away backwards so he could still be facing her, throwing his hands up. 

    “i wouldn’t throw that out of the window,” he says slyly. his lips curve into a small smirk and he shrugs his shoulders. “seph, i really doubt he was getting any ass. ---- besides he was basically gutted. it takes a man to do something like that.”

     pouting his lips, he moves his arm down to grab her hand and swing her around once so she’d be facing him. still keeping her hand in his, he looks down at the much smaller girl--- giving a small smirk before letting go. “You don’t think you can? --- so you’re saying it’s a possibility?” leave it to ty to find some way around her decline.

        then he stops when she did --- not going to lie either, he was a little thrown back by her outburst. he stood there dumbfounded but just smiles, shaking a finger in the girls direction. ‘ if that’s what you want. ‘ ty turns to walk away but soon her just swirls back around to say just  o n e  more thing. ‘ you aren’t innocent either, you know that, ness. ‘
