"I-" The second she opened her mouth all of a sudden they were off again, at what felt like full speed to her. Eyes open this time she watched as they zipped through the town. Hm...Okay, maybe this wasn't so bad. It actually began to feel fun after a while once she'd gotten past being scared. The girl let out a short and quiet. "Weeeee!" before they came to a stop. "Okay, that actually wasn't bad!" The adrenaline rush she felt had her grinning from ear to ear while she got off and reached for her helmet. Groaning once Tyler mentioned helmet hair she clicked the chin strap pulled it off of her head. "Ugh, I completely forgot about that." She began to brush her hair out while she walked in with him. "Okay, be honest, how does it look? On a scale from great to I look like I've been caught in the middle of a twister? Honesty only please."
Making her way into the booth she felt her grin come back once more. "Yup, that's me. And a burger. They literally make life worth living." She joked. The classic fries, a burger and a shake had been her go to for longer than she could remember. Sure she'd wanted to try something new on the menu...one day but not today. There were times she'd convinced herself she'd ditch the old routine and try something different but the second she saw someone order a milkshake or she came across one of the burgers on the menu, it was game over.
Cassandra shrugged her shoulders. "I meann...Kinda. The burgers there are just a little too-" She paused trying to find the right word before ending her sentence with "Perfect. I don't know how to explain it, just a bit too over done for me. But yeah, I'd say majority of them come in for a good Instagram story. Maybe a milkshake and then they're gone." There was an eye roll with the shake of her head. "Everything for the sake of keeping up appearances... Sorry, I'm rambling. Do you know what you're gonna get?"
"You look great." He laughed, helping smooth it out with his fingers. Tyler enjoyed the fact that she wasn't like every other East Mount girl. She actually enjoyed the westside diner and racing through traffic on the back of his motorcycle. Maybe there was a rebel living somewhere behind her perfectly moisturized skin and expensive makeup. Then again that could just be Tyler being presumptuous. Maybe she wasn't as wealthy and snobbish as he originally thought she would be. Just because someone was from the eastside didn't automatically mean they were born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
"Yeah, I tried to eat the food on the eastside and there was no taste. Rich people love to eat healthy but then most of them have an addiction to drugs or alcoholism. It never made sense to me." He laughed with a small shake of his head. They were the kind of people to say smoking a cigarette was gross while they're snorting a line of coke off a stripper's fake ass. "Nah you're not rambling. I'm an overthinker, so I can come across as introverted when I'm stuck in my own head, but I actually enjoy having conversations with people."
He was probably just going to get the loaded fries. Davey throws a bit of everything on top; melted cheese, diced onions, sliced jalapenos, and crispy bacon. They were Tyler's go-to for sobering up. "Davey's loaded fries are amazing. Have you tried them? I'll let you try some of mine." When the waiter came over he ordered the fries and a coke before letting Cassandra put in hers. "So how have things been at East Mount? I heard my ex goes there. Is she still causing drama?" Drama would be an understatement for the things she put him through in Lakewood.
