3 weeks into my new allergy regimen and 2.5 months into my new asthma medications, I'm finally starting to feel normal again. Rocked my @inknburn Mermaid tights & Abalone tank this mornings for a kick a$$ leg #workout with @taylormadebodies_str8training and then went out for a 50 minute #run (1:1 intervals) wIth #Dezipooh This is the best I've felt in 3 months and I can honestly say I'm still only 85-90%. I'm not pushing to hard just yet, but I can't wait to be 💯%. @ginger_stepchild challenged a few @inknburn ambassadors to a one month Beginner Yoga Challenge. Despite always taking #run & #dog #selfies, I felt silly taking the first couple of #yogapose photos. Honestly, I shouldn't feel silly. We watch ourselves in the mirrors at the gym when #weightlifting and sometimes even hire trainers & coaches to correct correct or form. Looking at the pictures showed me all the flaws in my form and has #motivated me to really focus on mastering these basic skills. I'm really excited to work thru this challenge and hopefully will continue to add #yoga into my weekly routine. #yogachallenge #yoganewbie #practicemakesperfect #runner #trailrunner #fitfam #trainhard
