I think the appropriate thing to do would be post the category and then have people @username to vote for that person in the comments section, the more times they get voted the more chances they have to make it into the top 5.. when top 5 is finalized then a voting box will appear and the tallies will be collected and then given out at the awards ceremony... haha WHEN? I don't know...
Let everyone know about this! I'll be posting in the #twitterfam group but this is not limited to just us in the group as I am sure some people know others not in it and those people may be friends with many more of us that know each other, this way we can get more people involved and essentially more followers in return :D
