I feel this about eckhart tolle as well. If these ppl really felt no separation between themselves and the entirety of existence, energy fields, whatever, how could they hold onto their millions of dollars knowing entire countries could benefit from a fraction of their net worth? The majority of people on this planet are just trying to survive, not “wake up” to the “metaphysical reality of existence”. Imo it is far more fulfilling to centre spiritual practice around doing all you can to reduce suffering (and developing a metaphysical relationship to the world thru that) rather than this idea of being “on another level” which actually separates and alienates you from other people
