There's someone in my head but it's not me.

why is it that after a breakup your brain manipulates your memories to make it out like it was nothing but rainbows and sunshine. 

me and my boyfriend of 2 years have decided to part ways. My little heart is broken. I love him so much but this is for the best. 

will sleep at some point and probably dream about mental health, before going back to my mental health job in the morning

This time last year i was poorly and insane and sometimes i wanted to die. I would have meltdowns whenever i was left alone, i stopped eating, stopped cleaning myself or my house and just couldnt function  anymore.

Tonight i am enjoying an evening of cooking and cleaning my room whilst my flatmate is out for the night. How about that. Well content.
