Man, I signed up for a prepared meal service and the first time they misdelivered it, their chat was going to take an hour and basically hid their actual support email.. then I have my account overdrawn a little and they CONSTANTLY keep trying my card so when I get some money I have to make sure I change the card on file because they also didn't make canceling or whatever easy as they pretended the order is in progress or something like they don't just pull it from a freezer.. so now they are acting like they're doing me a favor by still sending me my "second box", which I'm sure I'm not getting the 1st box discount anymore and now I'm on the hook to pay them for meals I wanted to cancel.
