Especially considering that Vaggi is an angel, an excersist angel, who Lucifer has every right to be wary of but he's not. He trusts her fully because he trusts his daughters choice. He even tried to (in his own embarrassing way) suggest that she can see him as a fatherly figure as well, this man has already fully embraced her into the family! Credit to Lucifer for being trying to be a better dad by loving and accepting his daughter's choice in girlfriend without qualms
