Finishing a night shift and hitting the bed 😂😂😂

Yeah, my dad finally was able to head back home yesterday from hospital. He is still very weak but has been given exercises to try build his strength up on his bad side. Going to make sure he does the exercises. Wish me luck everyone 👍

My father still isn't home from hospital, maybe he will be able to get home on Monday? Was def a stroke he had, it was confirmed in the tests he received yesterday.

On Friday morning my father was rushed to hospital, this is why I have not had anytime to update you all on what's been going on over here. He has had a suspected Stoke, slurred speech, unsteady on feed and he can't concentrate. So as you can imagine I have to called my doctor about my blood results first. Great start to the weekend over here. 😩😔

I've not been myself since Christmas, energy is so low, always tired, it's just not me at all. Even why I attempt a #twitch #LiveStream I can barely last an hour, it's kind of getting me down. On Monday I have another appointment for more blood tests to try and get to the bottom of how I'm feeling. Hopefully something will come back in the results and they can finally act on it, totally bringing me down.

Gutted hearing the passing of the movie legend John Hurt. The new Alien movie better have a dedication to him...

Dying to do the NC500 Road Trip that's in the Highlands of Scotland. The road and scenery looks special and it's meant to be our version of Route 66 from the States. Def will be doing this once my #Nissan #300ZX is completed. Looks like one hell of a challenge,

Hi one and all, think it's about time I actually wrote about why I have been away for so long. Back in late 2014 my mother was diagnosed with terminal Cancer, so she was in and out of hospital a lot. We had been looking after her, trying to make here feel comfortable in the remaining time she had with us. She battled on until she finally passed on in July the 5th, she passed peacefully. This hit us all hard. I guess we all deal with grief in different ways. I kind of lost it big time, hit the bottle real hard, I couldn't or DIDNT want to listen to anyone even though they were trying to help me through the pain. Eventually I kicked out of my path to self destruction, kind of got my shit together as they say, but it was such a hard time and thing to deal with. Just thought I would let everyone know why I was gone for so long.

That's me finally back into training for #ToughMudder in June.
