This green-striped “Chaperon” headdress was created for John Hurt as Franz in the 1972 film 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒊𝒑𝒆𝒓.   It made another appearance not long after in 1975, worn by Neil Innes as Brave Sir Robin’s singing minstrel in 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒚 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒍.   Let us know what you think! He made many of my favourite films, and TV shows throughout his life, including The Elephant Man, 1984, Alien, V for Vendetta, 10 Rillington Place, Contact, I Claudius, Watership Down, The Gruffalo, Howards End, The French Lieutenants Woman, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Harry Potter films, Outlander, Melancholia, and many, many more.
