Hi! And thank you so much! One thing I can tell you it’s ‘have fun’. Don’t push yourself to be better than others, don’t feel that you need to draw a masterpiece. You can draw anything and the main point is love what you do. You can draw flying heads, you can just sketch something and never color it. Drawing a fanart will be also a great thing, if you like some story\games. 

I know a lot of people who tries to do their best and eventually it brings anxiety.

You’ll find your way if you’ll love what you doing. Or it don’t make sense. For motivation and inspiration you can watch speedpaits on youtube (bobby chiu channel for example)If you want more specific and serious sources for improving your art skills I suggest you take a couple schoolism courses (Sam Nielson’s are my fav) and find human anatomy book by Gottfried Bammes.
