Mc: Oh, that. Well, I prefer to eat alone, so I look for a quiet spot to do that.

Diavolo: But… the RAD is enchanted; the locations change and-

Mc: I know *pulling out a map*, but I’ve learned the patterns and can tell exactly where these spots are at any given time.

Diavolo: That’s… impressive.

Mc: Right? I’m pretty proud of it.

Diavolo: But Mc *very serious*, is there someone bothering you to do that?

Mc: The truth is, Dia, it’s just that…

Diavolo: *very attentive*

Mc: I can’t stand people watching me eat.

Diavolo: Huh?

Mc: It’s just too much for me, I feel like they’re watching me *narrowing eyes*, judging me while I eat my soup.

Diavolo: Oh *smiling*

Mc: It happens to me at the House of Lamentations, too *pulling out another map*, it’s fun to see the brothers getting desperate.

Diavolo: Fascinating *laughing*.

Ace: Why is your portion of food bigger?

Yuu: Because the ghosts in the cafeteria are friends with the ones in our dorm.

Grim: All the ghosts at school get together every once in a while to play cards in Ramshackle.

Yuu: And we get to join in, too!! They always let us win a few games *smiling*

Deuce: It’s like they’re… your uncles?

Ace: That’s favoritism!!!

Yuu: Excuse me for the fact that someone at this school cares about and looks out for a teenager and their cat living alone in a dilapidated dorm room.

Ace and Deuce: …

Ace: Touché.

Mc: Well, my life was already chaotic enough as it was.

Mephisto: Excuse me?

Mc: My day-to-day life was like navigating constant chaos just to survive; if I stopped, I’d crash.

Mephisto: *look of horror*

Mc: I’d say I’m better here, at least if I crash, I don’t end up on the street, and I can rest :D

Mephisto: *look of even greater horror*

Beel: …

Mc: But if you eat the plants before we plant them, we won't harvest anything.

Beel: I’m sorry, Mc… I thought the tomato plant would taste like a tomato…

Mc: It doesn’t work that way, Beel *trying not to laugh*.

Beel: So we won’t have any tomatoes or carrots??

Mc: We’ll buy more plants, but this time don’t eat them, okay?

Beel: *puppy-dog smile* I promise.

Hi!! Well, I just posted the Scarabia chapter, and the Pomefiore one is in progress. I’m not going to lie, it’s a series I love, but I think every time I think about the Ignihyde and Diasomnia chapter, I get stuck because I don’t know how to tackle it.

There’s also the fear of losing the character’s essence… Sometimes I feel like I can’t make it true to the character or funny, and I overthink a lot of things.

But overall, I have lots of ideas: creating events (like having Deuce’s mom and his honorary parent at school meet, that really tempts me), coming up with situations outside the canon, meaning outside the main story and events, and making a master list… Although, of course, I’m also struggling to survive, my energy is at zero; I’m a bit like the young adult Yuu.

However, he didn’t give him much of an explanation. Simeon had stolen a relic from heaven to give it to a mere mortal. It didn’t make sense, Simeon wouldn’t do something like that. Why would he betray the Celestial Realm?… Simeon wouldn’t do that, no… Not him…

He hurried off; he had to go to the human world and see it with his own eyes. He was convinced that Simeon couldn’t have done something like that. Not of his own free will, he must have been forced or misled. Too much time in hell, surrounded by Lucifer and his brothers… He knew that Simeon never truly understood what had happened, that he still loved them… But what about him? Did he still love the brothers? It didn’t matter, it had nothing to do with the matter at hand. He had to think about Simeon. How had he been dragged into something like this? Did that human possess some kind of magic? Was he someone very important? What if Simeon had made the same mistake as Lilith... what if Simeon had fallen in love with that human?

He shook his head; he was rambling. He arrived in the human world, telling himself over and over that he would prove to Michael there must be a mistake, that it wasn’t possible. He turned onto the street where that café was located; he wouldn’t go through the same thing again. It was all nonsense, it had to be. He wasn’t going to let another loved one lose their wings. He stopped abruptly when he reached the spot.

When he saw him, he understood everything. The Simeon standing before his eyes seemed happy; he laughed while he cooked, joked around, and his eyes filled with affection as he looked at that human, as he laughed with the brothers… He hadn’t seen him like that since before the war; after that fateful event, his brother’s eyes had always been tinged with a veil of sadness, of unfulfilled longing, and of regret… He knew that Simeon had sometimes wished he could have followed Lucifer…

And now it was clear to him that what Simeon had always wanted was the kind of life he was now living, not to be a guardian of a deity who championed a superficial familiarity. No one had forced Simeon to do that; perhaps… he had been thinking about it for millennia. And now Raphael didn’t know what to do.

This is something I wrote back when the final season of the original Obey Me! game came out, and I felt bad about just letting it go to waste, so I’ve polished it up and am sharing it with you as some vintage content from this, our, wonderful fandom.

To be honest, it was the first time I’d ever followed a season episode by episode (I downloaded Obey Me! when the third season was already complete), and I really enjoyed it—the fandom discussions, the new characters... Anyway, I’m feeling nostalgic; we’ve come a long way since then 🥹 .

Mc: Wow.

Thirteen: *smiling smugly* Impressive, isn't it?

Mc: Thirteen, this place is enough to take your breath away *looking at her excitedly*, literally.

Thirteen: Aaaaww, I’m so used to it that I’d forgotten just how surreal this place is.

Mc: Is this some kind of underworld?

Thirteen: Yes, the candles that represent the lives of all creatures are created from that lake. Once a new soul manifests, our job is to collect that candle and bring it to our cave, where the flame will be lit. To watch over it until it’s time to collect that soul.

Mc: So is this a primordial, sacred place or something like that for the Reapers?

Thirteen: Yeah, it’s a place that few creatures other than Reapers have seen.

Mc: But why did you bring me here if it’s something so important?

Thirteen: Well, *counting on her fingers* you’ve been to hell, to paradise...I figured this was the only one left, and I wanted to show it to you.

Mc: …

Thirteen: Besides, you react well to places that would trigger existential crises in humans, so I didn’t think there’d be a problem.

Mc: That makes sense. Thanks for trusting me, Thirteen.

Diavolo: Why are you guys out here?

Mc: We’re grounded.

Diavolo: Why?

Mammon: We started a pillow fight in the living room.

Levi: He attacked me, I got mad, and I summoned Lotan.

Diavolo: I see… And you, Mc?

Mc: Because Lucifer says I encourage those ideas.

Diavolo: *holding back a laugh*

Mc: But I don’t understand where he got the idea that I’m not pure chaos myself :(

Mammon: That’s why we get along so well.

Levi: Sometimes even more chaotic than us.

Yuu: What’s up with them?

Crowley: Well, they’re a bit peculiar.

Yuu: ???

Crowley: Look, I can understand that Rollo Flamme is one of them, a student from another school. Promoting friendship between schools is wonderful, so that’s perfectly fine.

Yuu: Rollo’s the one who keeps the house from burning down.

Rollo: I’m here against my will *sighs*

Crowley: Mr. Skully… is a student at this school, technically, but he’s a ghost. I don’t think living with a ghost is the best thing for you.

Yuu: You didn’t see that as a problem when you made me live here.

Ghost 1, Ghost 2, and Ghost 3: *waving*

Crowley: …True

Skully: Living with Yuu-san is a wonderful experience.

Crowley: But there’s no possible excuse for a child and an dult, who, on top of that, is a convicted criminal.

Fellow: That’s highly offensive, tell him Prefect.

Yuu: No, no, you’re wrong.

Crowley: About what??!!

Yuu: Fellow is a human trafficker, but he isn’t a convicted criminal because he’s never been investigated.

Fellow: Exactly.

Yuu: He’s the convicted criminal *pointing at Swing*

Swing: What can I say? Not leaving a record of what I’ve done feels wrong.

Crowley: *choked scream upon noticing the fae’s presence*

Yuu: It’s true that we’re a peculiar group, but we get along pretty well, don’t we???

Skully: This dorm is as chaotic as Halloween itself, it’s perfect!!

Rollo: I’m only still here to ensure the prefect’s survival.

Swing: Mr. Swing likes this lifestyle.

Fellow: Free food and a roof over my head? I’ll get along with whoever I have to.

Gidel: *nods*

Grim: And finally, there are enough of us to enter a Spelldrive tournament!!!

Crowley: *grabbing Yuu by the shoulders and shaking them* Are you okay, Prefect?? Are you really okay???

Yuu: We have fewer conflicts and problems than the other dorms, what more do you want????

Mc: Fine by me.

Demon: Yo- what? No!!! You’re supposed to reply!!

Mc: Why would I reply if I want to die?

Demon: …

Mc: :3

Demon: Mc, life is wonderful!!

Mc: Meh, things are just so-so in the human world.

Demon: Mc!!! You’re so young, you still have so much to live for!

Mc: Nah, I’m not missing out on anything.

Lucifer: Hey *threatening aura*

Demon: …

Lucifer: What are you doing to Mc?

Demon: Me?? What are you guys doing to this human to make them say these things!!!?

Lucifer: ??

Demon: Your human is bad, really, really bad.

Lucifer: *very confused, not sure whether to finish or listen to the demon* ????

Mc: Actually, I was already like this :D

Satan: But how can paper beat rock???

Mc: Satan is just a game.

Satan: But what logic is it based on???!!

Mc: You don’t have to overthink it, it’s just a game to pass the time.

Satan: It angers me that things don’t follow any real logic *gritting his teeth*

Mc: … Maybe that’s why you’re always so angry.

Lucifer: *asleep, hugging a pillow, with obvious signs of having been drinking*

Mc: Well, look at that *sighing* we sure are making the most of our retirement *smiling as they starts picking up a couple of bottles* uh, this one still has some left *drinking straight from the bottle* it tastes like quince…

Lucifer: *stirring*

Mc: *picking him up and carrying him to the bedroom* You said you were going to stop drinking so much *looking at the demon’s face* you’re getting on in years.

Lucifer: Mmmm.

Mc: *laying him down on the bed* Good night *about to leave*

Lucifer: Mc?

Mc: Good morning, sleepyhead. Why don’t you go back to sleep? I have to finish up a few things, and I’ll be with you in a minute.

Lucifer: You work too much…. And you’re always late coming home.

Mc: Well, now you know how I felt at the beginning of this relationship *amused*

Lucifer: … *hiding in their shoulder* I'm awful.

Mc: *laughing* That's not true, and besides, it is the case that the hours are getting longer.

Lucifer: I miss you.

Mc: If you keep saying things like that, I’m going to have to start working from home.

Lucifer: That would be nice *hugging them tightly*

Mc: It would be, but this is the beginning of our life together, okay? So don’t worry.

I find it really funny that our workaholic, who’s in charge of everything, has turned into a stay-at-home husband. Wonderful🤭 .

Mc: *staring at him intently, before sighing resignedly* I had to try. Sorry for bothering you *tries to leave*

Mc: Barbatos???

Barbatos: I never said I wouldn’t do it, it’s just that…

Mc: ?

Barbatos: I’m not used to someone treating me so naturally *burying his face in the crook of them neck*

Mc: Don’t say that.

Barbatos: Mc, I’m not used to showing affection, to affection in general; it’s hard for me to break that habit.

Mc: *smiling* It’s hard for me too, since, well, “you’re the one who controls time,” but my desire to give you love wins out, so… can I hold off until you’re ready?

Barbatos: *laughing* You don’t need to wait, honestly, I’d like to get used to it this way.

Mc: And you say you’re the one who’s not used to showing affection when you say things like that…
