I create a lot of doomed love but total devotion types, I feel like I can see these two like that depending on the continuity. Just wanted to draw something light hearted to get out of art block- mind you, I'm not much of a shipper.

you pretty much just copy ur coloring layer, then you color it black, in the binary section of layer filters u pick "IMPLICATION", it will invert the color and if u duplicate it, it shows the original colors, so if you just make it a super dark blue (or any other color. just make sure its REALLY close to black, or if you want the effect to be stronger, make it closer to the neon color!) and yea, u get the a oil effect or something, intresting stuff!
