Yeah like I don't have enough brainpower to actually explain my art choices so just take more images

so. I will say this again. cameras absolutely DESTROY the quality :sob: it's highk impossible to get particularly good photos........

but anyways.

sooo from the start I wanted to have it be Giyu and Doma like kinda facing each other, and I like that opposing thing yk. so yeah. and then I realized that I could actually split it into four and have both scenes but YEAH! I thought having an anatomical heart and a flatline to represent the death and stuff would be cool too so!

In terms of colours, blue for Giyu because. Water. and blue. yk? Red for Doma cause blood and stuff. Yellow in the middle cause like... gods bleed gold? symbolism like that? vibes?

The two scenes here are 1) when Giyu dies and 2) when Doma dies. It's supposed to like represent that... contrast kinda? For Giyu, his body is like in the opposite of what his background is showing. When the forest is burning behind him (top left) it shows his body in like reality, all broken and bloody and stuff. When his background is like where he was lying dead/dying (top right) his body is shown in the transparent world. I hope that makes sense. but yeah. For Doma, it's nothing like that (cause he can't access the transparent world), instead it's his background when he was hiding (or at least. something like it. I like the ice, the rest of it is. meh) (bottom right) and like. Death. The void. The abyss. That place in-between. Y'know?

(the forest is gone) and "That's One Down!" were both lines that I really liked in terms of the moment, and like. Yeah. Here we are. This is actually my first time drawing Doma but man is he pretty fun to draw :D Also I actually did Giyu's haori in a way that isn't awful this time! Yippee!

Omg the kanji in his eyes were kindaaaa hard to draw... I think it looks chill now (yay!) but. earlier renditions. did not look too great. Oh well.
