band director: well it wasn’t really a highest number thing, but one time i told a kid to do push-ups until i came back for him

band director: and then i forgot about him

band director: so like 10 minutes later a staff member came up to me and said ‘he’s still doing push-ups’ and I was like ‘oh crap’

band member: please tell me you let him go home after that

band director: no, but i gave him a minute long water break

band director: ew i don't know whose mouth that's been in. i don't know who you hang out with outside of these people
