Day 5: I lived....a part of me released the desires to control my weekend and I allowed myself to be in the present and see the beautiful opportunities that arose from disappointments and contrast. I reflected......I had the ability to see my past and remember that I am no longer living in that space anymore and I am in a new place of transition and discovery. I loved... in the moment I was able to spread unconditional love to conditional circumstances and free myself from the desired outcomes. I am.... a friend, a sister, a confidant, a cousin, a believer and a healer.
