I'm on vacation this week from work and I feel like I should be happy and excited to actually not be at work but I'm not. Even the days leading up to this week I wasn't excited at all and I don't know what to do.

These past few months I feel I have to put on a mask and smile or react to things properly. The people and things in my life that brought me so much happiness and love just don't bring out those feelings anymore and it took me a bit to realize it. Maybe working so much has changed me, it has definitely distracted me from thinking too much about what I'm feeling. How do I reach out to others when talking to them doesn't even bring comfort? Heck, I even thought about it today and I just didn't want to bring down anyone's day, they have good things happening just keep it to yourself.

Maybe I need to start over, but I don't know where to start. It's scary.
