and like his qrt of dan’s basically i’m gay tweet is sooo good because it celebrates dan while also acknowledging his own story and, especially now, it’s very clear that while they weren’t coming out together, they were coming out together. like it wasn’t a hard launch but it was a coordinated decision/set of decisions as partners.

dan didn't publicly go to the iom until june 2015 (to "finishing tabinof" together after the japhan trip) and then didn't start going regularly until phil's birthday 2017
