My essence here is queer shitposting and unwanted sociological analysis. My works focus primarily on the retro Marauders fandom, specifically the Soggy Moon Maniac, the Bitter Rat Bastard, the Towering Rabid Bitch, and the Clueless Horny Fuck with snarky Lily joining in after they stop actively hating each other.
I have vague plans of eventually writing for the Good Omens fandom, as well, because the potentialities of disembodied genderfuck chaos smut are irresistible. I need to read the original written work before I can try to mimic the writing style.
I am continuously and simultaneously Too Much and Not Enough, and at this point in my life I'm very block happy because my short time on Tumblr has been a bit shite, if I'm honest.

Okay so I entered the HP fandom like 7 years ago and I found your amazing blog about 2 days ago and can I just say that I love your amazing takes so much.
And what’s interesting to me is that the way you ‘headcanon’ (read: actual hp canon) Sirius and Harry’s relationship is literally how I’ve been envisioning Harry and Teddy’s relationship for almost a decade.
Like you can pry Harry loving Teddy more than anyone (even more than Ron and Hermione) from the moment he meets him from my cold dead hands - that adorable baby was my boy’s salvation/only source of light when he was surrounded by the darkness of the war and his own inner demons and I will die on this hill.

okay but that parallel is so fascinating bc i don’t usually think of it that way. like, don’t get me wrong, i utterly adore teddy and harry’s relationship and everything the former symbolises for the latter, and there’s so many amazing fics (esp on ffn!) thatve got me on the verge of tears. but like. s&h occupy a very unique space in my brain and i’ve never thought ab it that way haha
but! i fully totally agree w you that teddy was a postwar harry’s only source of salvation. the second that baby opened his eyes and smiled up at his godfather, harry was gone. decimated. destroyed and rebuilt in a single second. i think, as someone who’d just recently walked to his death and also defeated someone central to his life, he would’ve been in desperate need of a reason to keep living. to get out. bed. and teddy is that reason. i can imagine him being the only way harry even shows any emotion in those days after the war.
I love anon drawing a parallel between Sirius & Harry and Harry & Teddy so much! Because Harry learned everything he knew about being a godfather/parental figure from Sirius, so of course he’s then going to use that on Teddy! He’s like “yeah godfathers live in caves and eat rats for their godsons if they have to!” and just like. would do ANYTHING for Teddy.
thing is - and hear me out - if s3 does by any minute chance incorporate any suggestion of a sex scene, it is imperative for me that they commit to the bit. i need crowley to nearly topple over trying to get out of his jeans, i need aziraphale to complain that they cant do anything downstairs because that would be scandalous, and i need them to trip over going up the stairs because they keep getting distracted. i need one of them to accidentally get an elbow to the face, i need them to have a long forgotten book digging into one of their backs, and aziraphale is horrified when crowley launches it across the room, and i need there to be hard cut to whickber street having a huge power surge, lines sparking, all the power going out, and every car alarm in a 2-mile radius start screaming, i don't need it to be explicit or overly romantic but i do need it to be fucking funny

no but the funniest part of canon is in the shack when harry thinks sirius is a dangerous and unhinged criminal intent on murder only it turns out he’s just socially awkward from 12 years in solitary confinement
It’s also a lot easier to do research in a library; sure, it’s one thing to have internet access, but it’s another to have wifi access to databases and books on the topic an approximate two minute walk away.
